Since our household is slowly converting into a healthy household we thought we would give the cauliflower pizza a go that everyone raves on about. It turned out amazing and you actually can't even taste the cauliflower (which is always a win and the kids might even like it)

Just make sure you have abit of time on your hands as it can be quite time consuming.

Ingredients.

1 cauliflower head

2 eggs

1 teaspoon of minced garlic

1 teaspoon of Oregano

1 teaspoon of italian herbs

A handful of mozerella

Tea towel

Place the cauliflower in a food processor and pulse until fine, steam the cauliflower (this can be done in the microwave), once cooled down place the steamed cauliflower in a teatowel and drain over sink to get rid of excess water.

Mix cauliflower, eggs, minced garlic, a handful of mozerella, oregano and italian herbs then place on a tray lined with baking paper. Place in oven for 20 minutes.
