Out with the old, in with the new

Every year starts of fresh, new year new me bullshit. Let’s be honest 3 weeks down the track and you don’t even know who you are, looking like you walked straight out of a Sunday sesh that ended up going to Wednesday. You had all good intentions of starting the year on a good note but it didn’t work out and your new year’s resolution didn't work out…because you wrote it down and completely forgot about it.
In order for a goal to work you need to plan plan plan, take those baby steps every step makes a difference. Big step small step, step step step and you will eventually get there but without doing these steps then it is literally JUST A DREAM.
Use the 90/10 rule, every single day work on what you want to be doing eg. If your plan is to be 20kg down by the end of the year spend 90 minutes every day for 90 days to implement that habit, after that habit is implemented into your life it will literally be second nature. 90 minutes a day seems like a whole lot, but it’s not. Spend 1 hour at the gym and 1 half hour meal prepping, set up these good habits so you’re not setting yourself up for failure.
